Engagement Structure

All commercial engagements between Studio Syntaxe and Partner establishments are governed by individually negotiated engagement agreements. The Application for Consideration on this website constitutes an expression of interest only and does not create a contractual relationship. No obligation is created on either party until a formal engagement agreement is executed and signed by both parties.

Studio Syntaxe reserves the right to decline any application, at any stage of the consideration process, without statement of reason.

Fees, payment terms, and the specific scope of any engagement are confirmed exclusively within the individually negotiated engagement agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding fee commitment or service guarantee.

Confidentiality

Studio Syntaxe maintains strict confidentiality with respect to all Partner identities, operational details, and engagement specifics. No Partner of the Atelier will be identified, referenced, or associated with Studio Syntaxe in any public communication without that Partner’s explicit written consent.

Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including but not limited to narrative copy, methodology descriptions, and proprietary terminology, is the intellectual property of Studio Syntaxe. Intellectual property arrangements specific to individual engagement deliverables are governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

Limitation of Liability

This website is informational in nature. Studio Syntaxe accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on the content of this site. Nothing on this website constitutes professional, legal, or commercial advice. Liability arrangements specific to individual engagements are governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary, unless otherwise specified in an individual engagement agreement.
