Studio Syntaxe (“the Atelier,” “we,” “us”), operated by Logic Auto Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, Zsíroshegyi út 66/A, 1029 Budapest, Hungary, is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website. Data We Collect

This site collects only what you provide voluntarily through the Application for Consideration form: your name, establishment name, establishment website, role, email address, and the information you include in your application.

When you visit this site, our hosting provider may process standard technical data — such as IP address and server logs — in the course of delivering the site. We do not use analytics platforms, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts of our own.

We use essential cookies only. A single record stores your cookie consent preference for a period of twelve months. No session data, user identifiers, or cross-site tracking identifiers are stored by us.

How We Use Your Data

Application data is used exclusively to assess your establishment against the conditions for engagement and to contact you with a response. We do not use your data for any marketing purpose.

Application data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless an active engagement relationship exists.

Hosting and Form Processing

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). Application submissions are received and stored by Netlify as part of its built-in form handling service. Because Netlify is based in the United States, processing of data may involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area, carried out under applicable transfer safeguards.

We do not use any other third-party service that receives or processes personal data submitted through this site.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process application data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, the interest of both parties in determining whether an engagement relationship is appropriate. Technical usage data processed by our hosting provider is handled on the basis of legitimate interest in securely operating the site. Cookie consent data is processed on the basis of consent.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold about you; to restrict or object to its processing; and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@studiosyntaxe.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority — in Hungary, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH).

If you are located in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies to you. You have the right to access your personal data; to object to its processing; to data portability; and to request correction of inaccurate data. Requests may be directed to privacy@studiosyntaxe.com.

Security

Application data is transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS) and received by Netlify in accordance with their published security standards. We do not store raw application submissions on our own server.

Changes to This Policy

If we materially change how we handle personal data, we will update the revision date above. Continued use of this site following a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
